Garlic Rosemary Burgers
Make this flavorful goat burger on your grill.
  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • (1 lb.) Ground Goat
  • (1/2 tsp.) Rosemary, dried (for burger)
  • (1/2 tsp.) Sea salt (for burger)
  • (1/2 tsp) Pepper (for burger)
  • (1 tsp.) Minced garlic in water (for burger)
  • (3/4 cup) Mayonnaise (for aioli)
  • (4 tsp.) Minced garlic in water (for aioli)
  • (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard (for aioli)
  • (2 tsp.) Fresh rosemary, chopped (for aioli)
  • (1 tbs.) Lemon juice (for aioli)
  • (Four) Buns - your choice
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Directions

To make burgers:

  1. Mix ground goat meat with Rosemary, salt, pepper and minced garlic
  2. Form four burger patties
  3. Grill on high heat for about five minutes on each side until crispy on the outside and pink in the middle.

To make aioli

  1. Whisk all ingredients together 
    Chill before serving

Assemble your burger on your bun of choice, top with aioli, lettuce, and tomato.
